Description/Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing on demand generation for Berkshire’s consulting services and commercially available SaaS applications. You will take the reins on tactical execution of lead generation and awareness-building campaigns to ensure our pipeline and sales targets are met. You will oversee all demand generation channels, including online advertising, paid social, display and retargeting, content syndication, Account Based Marketing (ABM), nurture programs and more.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will also analyze activity, report on performance, and optimize programs as necessary. You will also help support our websites and ensure sites are optimized for conversions and have the necessary content to inspire prospective customers to take action. You will work closely with our sales manager to evaluate the quality of the leads, fine-tune your target with their feedback and to ensure they are engaging with prospects. What You'll Do:
  • Manage SEM including keyword strategy, link building, page rank, and organic SEO
  • Oversee and optimize our paid search, social, retargeting, & display campaigns
  •  Identify content syndication partners that serve our target audience and manage programs
  •  Setup email nurture programs to shepherd leads through all stages of our funnel
  •  Establish our Account Based Marketing program, including selecting and implementing the best tool with HubSpot integration
  •  Work with other team members to ensure demand programs are aligned with other activities and vice-versa
  •  Give creative direction for the development of digital assets
  •  Support events and speaking engagements by identifying opportunities to build interest and capture leads
  •   Assist with social media campaigns to amplify postings and presence
  •   Establish closed-loop analytics with manager to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert leads into custome

Required Experience

  •  5+ yrs experience in a digital marketing or demand generation role
  •  Ability to work effectively across departments and functions
  •  Familiarity with CRMs, preferably SalesForce
  •  Ability to independently execute and manage campaigns
  •  Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  •  Highly analytical - knowing how to measure program effectiveness from start to finish
  •  Ability to balance strategic initiatives and hands-on implementation of demand generation programs

Preferred Experience

  •  Experience with a marketing automation system, HubSpot preferred
  •  Experience in the B2B marketing space highly preferred

Required Education

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, or related field.
